I was pass-out in 2017 and I don't have any of my GPA sheets. I do have my degree only. Where to apply to get my all semesters GPA sheet?

You will write a letter to your administrator of Administration Block of your respective University.

You need to approach your university for your GPA sheets.
Before approaching to university once contact to your college too.
