Rajesh, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). Computer literacy in India is quite low compared to developed countries. You can start getting computer education at any point of time as there are many computer institutes all over India that provide various computer courses and job placement as well.
