I was planning to pursue master of management course in Australia. Is it worth?
ILETS-7, B.Tech-71 and 1yr work exp.Whether MBA or Master of management will be a good option?

Yes, MS Management is the better option for you at the moment. MBA graduates with prior work experience are given preference when it comes to employment in Australia, so you can either work for some additional years and then apply for an MBA or choose MS Management. There is a certain sector of employers too which are looking out for management graduates who have no or limited work experience and adaptable to changes and enjoy flexibility.
