I was qualified in both JEE Mains and advanced 2020 I was alloted CSE in NIT is the fifth round the final round for NIT or I have to wait.

Your question is confusing. The four rounds of JOSSA has already been completed on OCT 30, 2020 and Fifth round will on NOV 03,2020. So if you have not get your desired engineering branch than you have to wait and participate in the upcoming rounds of JOSSA counselling.
