I was regular student of Bsc and have cleared my Fybsc and Sybsc in 1999 and 2000 respectively but was failed in Tybsc last year in 2001.

I was regular student of Bsc and have cleared my Fybsc and Sybsc in 1999 and 2000 respectively but was failed in Tybsc last year in 2001 from Mumbai University. Now I want to complete my last year, so is it possible that after a gap of 11 yr can I be able to appear for the last year. pls help.
