I was selected for Wipro wase program ..Is it a program good ? and what kind of skills i get after completing the course ?

I'm doing Bsc final year and i want to become a software technician and want to aquire any kind of special skill like learning mobile computing in future .. is wipro wase a good program ? will it help me to reach my goal ?
