I was thinking for hotel management for my sister but I can see the packages are very low. Guide me with this.

Hotel management is a tricky field, but has plenty of potential. Right now the overall industry is down and that has affected the job creation. But surviving in this industry is difficult, unless you have the skill set. Go for hotel management and them get an MBA aswell. That will help her to stand out among peers and get a relatively stable job.
