I wasted 2 years after class 12th. Will it affect my future if I take one more year gap after my B.Com to join MBA?

Its fine to realize your mistakes and move further so complete your b.com with good percentage and then appear for mba entrances after preparing well from them. There is no age bar to appear for CAT for mba.

If you are very confused then take a career aptitude test with a certified counselor as that will help you in making a better decision. You will atleast know the first step towards your future.
Another way is to explore the shiksha portal and read about the profiles to see which one suit

Yes, you can do, you need to submit GAP Certificate.
