I will b a bba grad in jun-11,but now i want to become a chef.can u help me with the reputed courses or institutes or hw cn bcom a chef now?

I want to become a chef as i think i can do good in culinary arts & food industry. I cant think for a bachelor degree in food production at this time. but can u suggest me some courses & colgs which can help me achieve my dream.What should i do?nd i only have 2 yrs of time left for this dream.
