I will b applyng fr JEE mains and advance the following yr fr B.Arch without any foundational cours(eg. Aakash,etc). Will it be easy for me?

Not really, because students who will be competing with you will be prepared. They have given hundreds of mocks tests and solved thousands of questions. Obviously it will be difficult but don't get demotivated. You might do better than most of the candidates appearing in the exam. It depends on you,

Frankly speaking, you don't need any special coaching to crack any exam. Self discipline and devoted time of study is very important. Also solve as many previous years as you can and practice on calculating speed.
