I will be appearing for HSC after 1 month so after I get my result in May. I want to do B.Des from NIFT. Is it possible?

Yes it is possible but NIFT entrance exam happens in the month of February every year. So you can definitely do B.Des from NIFT, it's just that you'll have to drop a year and appear for the exam next year i.e. February 2019.
