I will be completing my Chemistry by research this year. Will I get direct admission for an MBA in Hospital Management courses without SNAP?

I need to ask about it because the eligibility criteria was B.Sc, so will I get a benefit of doing my M.Sc? Only my thesis work is remaining. I have already cleared my semesters. Please let me know as soon as possible.
