i will be giving my tyb.com exam in oct 2012 as a repeater can i do a law 5 year course on the basis my hsc passed in march 2009 with 54%?

tyb.com failed will appear oct 2012 for d kt paper hsc cleared march 2009 with a 54% kindly give me the names of colleges in mumbai where i can do law from if i am eligible for the 5 year law course thank you
