I will be pleased if any body can give me an idea about the fees structure in M.TECH in Germany.Is there any way to get any kind of stipend?

HI Kausik, the fee in Germany is subsidized and costs Euro 140 - 500 per semester. You will also incur a living expense of Euro 740 per month. As the fee is already low there may not be any scholarships or you can contact he University if you still would like to ask for some. Stipends and scholarsh
