I will complete my 3-year Diploma in June 2019 from BTEUP. Will I be able to admission in B.Tech 2nd year in AMU? If yes, then tell me how?

I am afraid, AMU does not offer lateral entry for the diploma holders directly into 2nd year of Engineering. However it offers regular evening class for them to attend while continuing to work. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this.

As far as my knowledge is concerned, there is no lateral entry (directly begin from 2nd year) in B.Tech AMU. Check the eligibility criteria for the entrance test here:
Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of this University or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Or,
Diploma in Engineering of this University with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
