I will complete my B.Tech degree in 2020. Which year will I be eligible for CAT examination?

Well, the CAT exam is usually conducted in the month of November. So, after you graduate, you can write the exam in the same year after waiting for a few months or you can write the exam in 2019 November and the apply for the colleges in 2020. In this way you have the benefit of not wasting a year.
