I will complete my BA in psychology in May 2017 & have missed CAT. Can I get any college for MBA in HR without writing CAT?

I am looking forward for colleges in Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore and Surat. Kindly suggest some institutes that I may get.

Yes, you can. There are many other entrance exams which you can try like CMAT and many colleges conduct their own entrance exams so even without writing CAT you can go for MBA.
