I will complete my MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University next Feb2012,what are the career opportunities in front of me?

I am 34 yrs old B.Sc. graduate with 5 yrs pharma sales exp.I didn't liked outdoor sales so I left the job last year. I prefer in-office full time jobs. I have also done a Web development course in PHP MySQL.Pls suggest me the career paths I can choose.Will i be limited due to distance education?
