No, you may not get any good college. So, you should reappear in NEET.

If you belong to the general or OBC category, then it will be tough but if you belong to SC or ST category then you can secure a medical seat with 380 marks.

If you belong to SC or ST category, then you will surely get admission. Otherwise, no.
