I will study CSE in USA with study loan and will pay it back along with my job. Is it easy to get a job in USA?

If you perform well in your field, you can obviously get a good job. A friend of mine did the same, and he succeeded. Best of luck.

It depends on how good you are at your subject. If you manage to pass the course with really high scores and you have the expertise and skills required in your field of study, then there should be no problem finding a job. But remember you will have to work really hard to be at the top of your class
