Although u could get CPL in USA very soon, it is a hard process to convert license in India with all the exams to b passed from DGCA. And you cannot get any job oppurtunities in USA, as after 9/11 USA doesnt allow Expat Pilots. So overall, its better to join a DGCA approved flight school in India!
