I wish to do MBA but am scared if I won't be able to understand the subjects as I am B.Sc. Chemistry - 11-12th biology group student.

Which MBA would be a little bit easy for me? I have scored 81% in 10th, 70% in 12th, 7.05 CGPA in B.Sc. Chemistry.

MBA is a wide field and you will have to choose a specific branch in which you want to do MBA, like finance, HR etc. So don't worry and for a Science everything is easy, we are not like the arts and commerce students. You will get good hold over the subject.
