Hi Sagar,
It is possible to study abroad. First of all, you must have very good grades in your B.Sc projects and internships are also very imp. Secondly, since there are many countries and universities you have to do some research and narrow down your choice. You have to check university admission requirements, the fees, admission deadlines, language requirements, etc. In addition, some places like US and Canada do not accept Indian 3-year degree. Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in.
