Hi Cliff, Phd is not a small degree. FOr doing Phd you can go for UK as per my sugesstion as you can get a good scholarship if you have good academic background. fro pursuing Phd in any country abroad you ave to prepare a research proposal as Phd is a research based programme. You have to get in to
