I wish to go for 1 year pgdba from IMT, gzbad, before full time mba coz gettin a job is priority.i have a BA(63%) degree from ignou.

I have an year of experience in bpo(nat. n international). wish to get a foothold in management field as dnt want to get stereotyped in bpo role and getting a decent job is priority(research analyst, associate etc) will go for full tym mba after gaining experience of 1-2 years, kindly advice.

I think this decision is OK, only if you wish to do FULL TIME MBA in future, because if you want to do part time MBA in future then this diploma will be just a wastage of time.
