I wish to join B.Sc maths or statistics in DU & got 94.9% in 12th with commerce, am I eligible for B.Sc maths in DU or not?

Please provide details. Recently DU announced that it is going to conduct entrance exam for all UG courses from this year onwards, is it confirm or not? My percentage is eligible for B.Sc stats admission in DU or not? I am from OBC category. I don't have any sports certificate.

Yes, you are eligible for admission in DU. Now the main thing is in which college you want to get in because the cutoff for every college varies. So, when the cutoffs are out, you need to keep a constant check on them to get the college of your choice.
