I wish to pursue MBA in IB. Which colleges can I get with 74 percentile in CMAT?

I don't know which college to choose. Should I appear for CAT Nov. 2017 or wait because one my faculties have told me not to persue IB through a mid-average college and have told me to wait for the next attempt and score better in it. What should I do?
