I wish to pursue Ph.D nutrition. I do not have Bachelors degree in nutrition. What to do?

Eligibility criteria for most universities for admission to Ph.D programmes through distance education mode is 55 per cent marks in their Master’s Degree and some universities also require the candidate to pass NET (National Eligibility Test for Lectureship). But, your admission to a Ph.D programme would depend on the university policies.
