    IF YOU TAKE BREAK FROM WORK TO STUDY AHEAD ITS A GOOD IDEA
    BUT IT CAN FURTHER BETTER IF BOTH ARE POSSIBLE TO DO ON SAME TIME.

    You have good academic and professional profile, please remember it will not at all be a negative point for your during interview.
    However, I would suggest that if possible you may continue with your job and opt for various coaching institutes for weekend batches.
