Admission for IGNOU is open till 31st July. To get admission, you have to fill an online admission form available on their official Website. In order to be eligible to get admission in M.A. English, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in English. No, IGNOU has various centers, where exams are conducted. They'll allot you a center in you nearby area. You'll know about it with time. Hope this will help.
