Ravi.GRE is not required. If you have a IELTS score of atleast 6.5, you can get admission in a very good university with 81% marks in BE. For example,
    1. University of Glasgow
    2. University of Edinburgh
    3. University of Durham
    4. University of Manchester
    5. University of Nottingham
    6. University of Liverpool
    7. University of Bath
    8. Strathclyde University
    to name a few.
Give me a thumbs up if I have answered your question.

You need IELTs 6.5 Band and minimum 6 in each component. As you have good experience you may first see the course available and then decide the university. The course offered are specilised one, May be you want to specilise on power electrocics then you have to look for such courses. www.strath.ac.uk and www.nottingham.ac.uk and www.leicester.ac.uk
