I wnna do mba in finance frm jims.bt my 3rd yr rslt has not been decleared.if i dont get 50% in graduation,wil i be able to take admission?

My 2nd year graduation result was 45%.i have not cleared one of my pass subject.even i am not sure of getring 50% in 3rd year.but i want to do mba(finance) from JIMS.will i be able to apply?i have not give any entranece ecam like CAT,MAT or XAT.what should i do?is there any way out?please help me.
