Hi Neha.! U can pursue a course named BJMC ( Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication). It's a Four-year undergraduate programme offered by Delhi University. I assume u are willing to apply next year. If u meet the cutoff u can apply in DU. The documents u would be requiring are: X marksheet X

You can pursue the course named as BA Hons in Mass Media and Mass Communications and about documents you need to come in contact with the University itself .But if you are planning outside Delhi then i will suggest you Tilak Maharashtra University or Pune University but more preferably Tilak Maharas
