I work in ITIS domain,which would be the right course to learn more about active directory & how effective it is for growth in ITIS?

I am a technical analyst , dealing with active directory as well as exchange servers.I want to know if the exam needs to be upgraded evrytime when the version is upgraded ,to have the certificate for the same as valid, and also let me know if its a good option to grow up in ITIS domain.
