I worked in a BPO for 7 years now (Asst. Mgr.-Ops). I am currently doing my SAP-BO course. What will/shd be prospects & future path?

I've done diploma in Electronics & Communications & currently pursuing MS Computer Science. My functional areas include Work Force Management, MIS-Analysis/Reporting, Capacity Planning & of course team handling. I am also planning to do PMP certification and advise on this also would help me.
