I worked in bpo as team leader-(8yrs work ex), want career change, did exec mba from NMIMS (operations), pls tell what options do i have ?

I am M.Com (ABST), PGDBM-HR from symbiosis, and Exec MBA-full time from NMIMS bangalore. I have worked into BPO industry for 8 yrs, last designation as Team Lead. I want to move out of BPO sector now. Please suggest what all options I have ? Do I need some certifications for the same ?
