i worked in PSU from from 8 march 2007 to 6 march 2010 and 7th march was sunday is this count 3 years work experience

there is no hard and fast rule in case of private sector. you can get work experience certificate form the previous employer dated 8th onward. your PF statement also will show the period upto march. so you can certainly count your experience for three years.Good Luck

Hiii Ramesh, It's absolutely okey to skip 1 or 2 days, as it's almost completing 3 years, you can easily put 3 years of working experience on your CV. Best of luck.
