I would be completing B.Sc Mathematics by April 2014. Will i be able to pursue Phd in Maths in the fall of 2014.

1. passed X with 90% & XII (science group) 93% PCB. 2. Did diploma in Carnatic Music from Kalakshetra, chennai (five year course completed in 4 years) 3.Doing B,Sc Mathematics from Chennai University and in the last 4 semesters got 92% 4. like to pursue Phd in Mathematics

No,For appearing for Ph.D you need to have Master's degree or atleast be in last year Master's if you have your results awaited. So you cannot apply for Ph.D in fall of 2014 . Though you can appear for Master's in fall of 2014 . Best wishes !
