I would like 2 know whether a student who did 12th from patrchar vidyalaya can go for mbbs?

I went to maulana azad mc and other colleges in Delhi they said no you can't do mbbs unless you have done your 12th from a regular school. I would like to know in what colleges can accept a patrachar 12th certificate?
