I would like pursue a distance MBA which would help me in getting placements further on just like a regular MBA course. Kindly advise.

Distance MBA is not advisable if you are not in a job or business. Placements happen mostly or only for regular or full time students

You need to choose an institute which is approved by UGC such as IGNOU.
