Hi Sandy, doing an engineering programme online may require you to put extra time to offline projects ( lab and practical components). You must do a proper research on such programmes. It is a good idea if you can find a programme at the same city/state you work so that you can attend the offline

If you have gained a sound knowledge in your technical field and if you need to complete your course then drop your job and join the course in abroad itself. other wise you can continue your job as a part time work & continue your studies
