I would like to do Masters in management abroad. I had no knowledge of selecting universities and basic requirements.

I have done B.Tech in mechanical engineering and got 88 percentage and for nov 2021 I would have 1 year work experience as well.

I would like to understand which kind of Master's course are looking for? Usually with less no. Of years of experience, may be you should apply with GMAT score. It increases the chance of getting into a good University. In terms of selecting a good university you should check its global standing and
