Hi Dear,
For PHD in Sanskrit most of the student from around the globe come to India and you want to go Germany ...better do it from here only for better exposure.

it is preferred to do PhD in Sanskrit .. in India, as Sanskrit belong to India ... you can learn a lot here ... not in abroad ... if you want to do the job abroad ... yes certainly ... you can get it easily .. if you do PhD in India ...
