I would like to do Phd in HR could any one suggest me or guide me how to proceed ? I want to do it from IIT.

as per my educational qualification i have done my PGDM from hyderabad. which exam should i give to get into IIT ? I heard about NET Exam. Is it sufficient enough to prepare for NET exam ?

you have to give exam for PHD and you should give NET exam for this , and you should make your own research p-proposal and at time of interview you can ask about your research proposal if they like then they can hire you
