If you are sure that you want to be an IAS officer, you should go for B.A. In public policy and administration course in UPES, Dehradun. As the subjects taught in this course are of political interest and this college is also providing IAS training classes along with this course. You can check more about this course on their website.

If you want to give UPSC exams then you should pursue your graduation first. Also, join some coaching institute simultaneously to prepare for UPSC exam. After your completion of your graduation give the UPSC exam. You can take any college for graduation. It should be recognized from government like UGC or AICTE. The preparation of one or two years will help you in clearing the exam.
