    Glad to note you are focussed.
    Anyway, for a "authoritative" Graduate Certificate, the College or Institution has to be AUTHORISED/ Accreditted & RECOGNISED by Govt. of India, which WE must verify BEFORE joining.
    We are also free to verify this on the Govt. of India Websites of University Grants Commission(UGC), Accreditation Council of India, Directorate of Technical Education, & Ministry of Human Resources Department(MHRD).
    So get back to me with details of your PERSONAL AMBITION, what you are doing for a living now. and whether you wish graduate in FULL-TIME or Distance mode ec., for a BEST Answer from me that will be SPE
