Dear Aravind, Glad to note you are focussed. Anyway, for a "authoritative" Graduate Certificate, the College or Institution has to be AUTHORISED/ Accreditted & RECOGNISED by Govt. of India, which WE must verify BEFORE joining. We are also free to verify this on the Govt. of India Websites of Univer
