I would like to join AUT or Massey, Auckland, New Zealand in July-August. My results will only be published by June end. What should I do?

Dear Sneha, You can apply now without your final year results and get a conditional admit letter, however for visa you will need to submit your final year marks and get the unconditional offer letter and the time limit is cutting it too close.
