3 years agoHello Pandurangam, it's very nice to hear from you that after completion of your diploma examination you are not interested in doing graduation in engineering Albert in a part-time manner. however the university or the institute that you have proposed is not regular university but it offers only distance education. Presently all open universities have been debarred from offering any professional course and hence the link that I am giving you is also indicating a similar scenario.
