I would like to join B-tech throgh distance education in Pacific university Udaipur.Is it valid by AICTE-UGC-DEC.I'm working in dubai as Engineer.UAE Embassy will be attest this certificate or not?please reply if anybody knows about this....

yes as pae law university under ugc approved mhrd in india so dont worry go for it
