I would like to know if a final year graduate student awaiting results, appearing for MAT in May 2014 is eligible to apply for MBA in ASB.

Yes, He/She is definitely eligible to get 2014 admission to ASB provided he/she completes the UG exams before joining and providing the UG results before end of September 2014.
